Life is full of choices that can lead us down different paths. At times, you may feel stuck! If you feel stuck or are seeking answers to the multitude of life’s questions, asking for help may be a good next step on your path. While the reasons people seek help can differ, what remains true is that everyone deserves to feel joy and fulfillment in their lives. I provide services to teens and adults to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, interpersonal relationship conflicts, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Using a strengths-based approach, I aim to help clients understand the autonomy they have to work towards change. Change happens in small, intentional steps we take every day. Though it can be uncomfortable, I work together with clients to support them in exploring change, with healing as the central focus.
