I strive to ensure that my clients feel heard, and are able to reach the potential that they may or may not realize they have. HeartWell Counseling, LLC wants to pull our hearts out of the darkness of our wells and into our purpose. I offer a listening ear, and a vast amount of knowledge in the areas of addiction and recovery, codependency and support for those friends and family who have close loved ones struggling through addiction, and actionable steps toward working through one's anxiety, fears, and bumps in the road that may hinder reaching your goals. Life is hard. No one should have to go through it alone. With my experience in mental health over the last 15+ years, I can provide a safe place to feel heard and help you identify actionable steps toward achieving the goals you may have, or developing goals if this has been a struggle as well.
