About

You view yourself as independent, self-sufficient...and yet you’re still struggling. You sometimes know what to do, but have a hard time actually doing it. Trusting yourself or recognizing your own needs can feel so hard. We all need a space to work through challenges, a place for you to be heard and understood. A space to learn skills, challenge patterns and build empowerment. Therapy can be that place. Together we explore big things and the everyday smaller challenges. We find ways to support your needs, your wants, your struggles and your strengths. You are the expert in our shared space, and I'm joining you in your journey.

I have completed Lvl 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and use it during couples treatment to enhance communication, build emotional connection, manage conflict, strengthen friendship and overall development of trust. My approach is person-centered & holistic, meaning I recognize the impact of all areas of a person’s life on their mental health.

I’ve been described as equal parts calm and empowering. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, chronically ill, disabled and immunocompromised people. I work with adult clients; Individual and Couples. Insurance, OON and private pay.
