About

As a clinician, I aim to be a point of guidance, trust, and support for the communities and individuals who need it most. I work with individuals to help cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, substance use, and more. I work with a wide range of clients, from adolescents to adults, to help them move through life's challenges with understanding, compassion, and the confidence they need. I utilize techniques including CBT and Motivational Interviewing, while keeping a focus on harm reduction and trauma informed care. I hope to provide a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic space for all the clients I work with.

I earned my BS in counseling from Lesley University, followed by an MSW from Boston College. I have worked in various settings, inpatient and outpatient, providing treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. I have experience working with folks from a wide range of diverse social, cultural, and racial backgrounds.

Choosing to begin therapy is not easy and I consider it an honor for individuals, like yourself, to allow me to partner with you on this journey. I am happy to answer any questions you may have or to schedule an appointment with you.
