About

I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families struggling with a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship distress, overcoming difficult family dynamics, phase of life transitions & stress management. I have a personable style with clients and take a strength based approach to treatment helping people access the strengths they already possess to make positive change in their lives. Change and personal growth can be hard but if you're here, you're taking the first step.

I work to support my clients by providing resources and psychoeducation and helping them adopt healthy and effective ways of coping as well as healthy interpersonal skills to maintain supportive, stable relationships in their personal and professional lives and create and maintain the balance that allows them to feel more fulfilled overall.

My first goal in therapy is to build rapport with the clients I work with; this process looks different for everyone based on their individual needs. I help clients gain insight into their maladaptive behavioral patterns, thoughts and ineffective ways of coping to improve overall well being. Life is incredibly stressful, asking for help is the first step!
