About

My priority is to provide a comfortable space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I guide individuals towards sensing their intuition, recovering parts of the self that have been neglected or minimized, and feeling empowered in their authenticity. Together, we will work through patterns and beliefs that may be barriers to self-compassion and connection. I believe each person already has all they need within them. My role is to support you as you discover your inner wisdom and build a life that feels fulfilling to you.

The way I approach therapy is holistic, compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I trust in the power of the arts and the wisdom of the body to awaken deep insights within us. Therefore in addition to talk therapy, I may integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and other experiential techniques into sessions.

I have experience working with all age groups and have worked in outpatient, residential substance abuse treatment, and University settings. My specialty is working with individuals navigating relationship challenges or existential questions about identity & purpose as well as individuals struggling with addiction. Please reach out to connect further.
