Life presents many challenges, and with busy schedules, people often forget to take care of themselves and attend to their needs. Lacking the necessary support to overcome these challenges can leave individuals feeling lost, depressed, anxious, angry, and stuck. It is important to recognize that everyone is worthy of happiness and deserves to feel fulfilled in their relationships. I work from a person centered approach and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Every person is different, and therapy will be tailored to each individual. Taking the first step to seek help takes courage and is a great step forward. Please feel free to reach out if you think we could be a good match.
