I have immediate openings. If you are dealing with grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, or addiction, I’m excited to help you get the life you have wanted for a while now. What would usually take years to accomplish in therapy will be expedited with the tools I use. I have done extensive training in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These are evidence based tools that actually heal brains. Just talking doesn’t always work, as you may have noticed in previous therapy. If you're ready for positive change, I would be honored to work with you! I offer in person sessions in Spokane Valley and telehealth sessions for anyone living in Washington State, Idaho, or Texas.
