Hi, I'm Rachel. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and feel honored to come alongside you. If you are seeking therapy, you may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or experiencing relational or personal pain. You may be needing more coping skills or a nonjudgmental space to unravel your chaotic thoughts. You are not alone. I am here to provide you with a safe, nurturing space that will support you in your self growth journey. Whether you need help processing past trauma, working through relational difficulties, or understanding your anxiety or depression better, I am here to help you heal and thrive. I combine research based treatments with a nurturing, welcoming spirit. I frequently use Attachment and Trauma Informed Theories, CBT, Gottman, and Narrative Theory in my work. I have a wide range of experience in a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational work (family of origin, parenting, premarital), body image work, and trauma. I consider your story to be sacred and worth being held with care and compassion as you trust me with it. I know it takes bravery to start the therapy process and finding the right therapist for you is extremely important. I would be honored to hear from you and what your therapeutic needs are to see if I might be a good fit.
