Therapists » Licensed Professional Counselor
I use a person-centered, attachment-oriented approach in my practice. I prioritize developing a therapeutic alliance with my clients as I regard this to be one of the most important factors in client growth and success. I am a firm believer that therapy is not only for “broken” or “sick” people and that everyone can benefit from a safe, confidential space to process emotions, grow in self-awareness, and receive feedback as they navigate life’s challenges. Whatever it is, you don't have to go through it alone. I provide affirming therapy to LGBTQIA+ people and desire my office to be a place of safety and authenticity for them. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I settled in Northwest Arkansas after completing a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from John Brown University and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Arkansas. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arkansas. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, watching documentaries, caring for my numerous houseplants, and listening to podcasts. I like to spend time traveling and exploring local restaurants. My spouse and I live in Rogers with our dog and cat.
