About

Welcome to this next step in your journey. Choosing to care for yourself in the form of therapy is taking a brave step toward accessing support and resources for continued growth and wellness while navigating the complexity of life, past and present. Are you feeling stress, worry, or anxiety? Are you experiencing depression and/or loss of energy? Are you needing to feel heard and seen? Are you wanting to explore deeper meaning and purpose on your path? Have you or your adolescent child experienced a particularly upsetting event from which they need to heal? You are not alone and I am here to help.

I create a safe and accepting environment in which you feel supported on your psychological, emotional, and interpersonal paths. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and am particularly inspired by Jungian psychology and mind-body practices. Additionally, I am trauma-focused and have been trained to work with adolescents (ages 10-18) and adults.

This process is a motivated leap toward breaking unhelpful patterns, enhancing self-awareness, and applying new skills to daily life for real and lasting change. My belief is that everyone carries the capacity to heal within. I would be honored to speak with you further and help you determine if my services are a good fit for you or your family's needs.
