About

I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Whether you are struggling with grief and loss, exploring aspects of yourself and identity, working on self-esteem, relationships, school and work, health or experiencing uncertainty navigating big decisions or your place in the world, therapy can provide a space to learn, grow, process, release, integrate, and heal. I support people in coming into greater clarity, connection, understanding, self-assuredness, ease and peace about the past, where you are now, and where you hope to go.

I take a person-centered, compassionate, and integrative approach to therapy; incorporating mind, body, spirit as well as considering community and cultural contexts to help clients engage in authentic and deep work. Our work together is collaborative and tailored to your unique interests, life experiences and needs.

No matter what you're going through, it's a big step to reach out for support. Your life is important and worthy of care. Therapy is not always easy, but neither is living in pain and discomfort. If you have landed on my page and think we might work well together, please reach out for a free consultation, and I would be glad to discuss options with you.
