I believe in the strengths-based perspective, which highlights individual strengths and how they can help a person cope with and navigate life's difficulties. I am a certified clinical trauma and resilience specialist who incorporates concepts from cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical-behavioral therapy into my practice.

I am often described as a great listener who is personable and easygoing. I am passionate about supporting my clients and empowering them to reach their goals through trauma-informed care, as well as working with them to restore hope and find healing.
