Now accepting new clients! I am passionate about providing attentive and informed care to youth, young adults, and parents/caregivers. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. I support my clients and their families with effective therapeutic strategies so they can work towards the positive changes they want to see in their own lives. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and evidence-based parent coaching in my work with clients, all of which are well-researched and effective tools for helping individuals and families meet their goals. View 3 Photos I support toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, teens, and young adults, and their caregivers as they manage difficult life experiences, challenging behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and diagnoses such as ADHD and autism. As a queer-identifying therapist, I am happy to support LGBTQIA+ individuals in search of affirming care. I want my clients and their families to feel heard, valued, and supported throughout our time together. I respect my clients as the experts on their own experiences and want therapy to be a place they can bring their whole selves. Your values, identities, ideas, and goals shape the work we do together. I look forward to connecting with you!
