If you are an individual that is motivated, desiring change and healing, or just seeking a good mental health checkup knowing you are on the path you embrace, you will find a good fit with me. My style is compassionate but direct. Do you appreciate openness, straightforward communication, thoughtful questions, humor, and building a strong working relationship? I will be supportive and challenge you to be the best you. I will offer a deep understanding with human life struggles especially trauma, grief, and tragedy. Every part of self is important: emotional, intellectual, psychological and spiritual. A safe space is created. I have completed the ISEE program in sex therapy to bring more fulfillment, excitement and healing to individuals. Thirty four years of addiction work and I offer no non sense treatment with sweat, tears and humor! Twenty eight years in mental health supporting people to improve their lives considering every level of self. I am not the expert on you. YOU ARE! I will stand by you exploring history and day to day living. An opportunity to strengthen communication skills and learn to practice and master what will support you to be who you desire to be.
