Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Maybe you've been thinking of trying therapy for a while, or have almost given up that it could work for you. I'd love to help you see the beauty in accepting that, as in life, it’s okay to not "get it right" the first time. I enjoy reactivating hope in people to see the potential in themselves and in others. You don't have to try making changes on your own. I specialize in trauma-informed practices and am certified in DBT, CBT, Somatic Approaches and Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapies. I take an “eclectic” approach to therapy, and use a variety of therapy modalities - adjusting to client needs, rather than trying to fit my clients into a “diagnostic box." I believe that at the core of good therapeutic relationships is helping my clients feel heard and seen. It’s my experience that when we feel seen, we can find ourselves again and make connections that can change our lives for the better.
