About

Are some of your behaviors becoming problematic as you try to soothe and hide the shame and fear? Sometimes we are exhausted from trying to live this life with value. Let’s quiet the internal noise and remove the old beliefs and the attachments that keep us trapped and joyless. Let’s release the weight of what others have piled into our lives, telling us what we want and need. Have you taken the time to heal your traumas and pain? Are you just barely getting through the day? How about creating a vision for the rest of the life that you have left on this side of heaven? This may feel new and frightening. We can help with that. Hiding the grief from my father's death and a total hysterectomy shattered me. I needed time and tools to reach the depth of the pain and heal my parts. My therapy practice is to help adults find the courage, confidence, and desire to live. I also offer separate practice space for grief, self-worth and net worth, boundaries, and creating an enjoyable life.

Grieving any loss is a deeply personal and intimate journey. We are here to accompany you and create a safe and supportive environment for our sessions. The speed at which we work together is up to you. Whether you have experienced a single loss or multiple losses in life, we will work hand in hand to address each unique aspect of your grief.
