About

I am a psychotherapist specializing in working with individuals with a history of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, identity development, and difficulties with achieving personal goals. I have particular expertise in treating individuals concerned with eating disorders, having provided leadership and treatment for individuals and their families at all levels of care. I believe in a collaborative, empathic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I utilize psychodynamic, behavioral, and mindfulness principles to support my clients in reaching their personal goals.

I have received postgraduate training from the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis, Chicago Psychoanalytic Society, Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute, Tavistock Group Relations, and Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 Training.

I am a graduate of Loyola University School of Social Work, and have worked in a wide range of settings, including non-profits, hospitals, university counseling centers, outpatient programs, and treatment facilities throughout the Chicagoland area.
