About

If you're experiencing a lack of motivation, feeling overwhelmed by intense emotions or thoughts, or sensing a need for lifestyle changes, consider therapy as a starting point. As a therapist, my goal is to establish a secure and inviting space where individuals can share their life experiences at their own pace. Whether life circumstances are proving challenging or trauma triggers persist, we can collaborate on strategies to navigate difficult emotions and enhance the ability to function in various environments.

I enjoy collaborating with individuals across various age groups, spanning from six to sixty years old. My therapeutic methodology incorporates a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) working with matters involving grief, self-esteem, family, and marital counseling.

I hold a particular interest in assisting those dealing with ADHD, PTSD, couples and marital issues, life transitions, and career decisions. Additionally, my approach encompasses active listening, play therapy, affirmations, and empathetic techniques. Faith-based counseling is also available upon request.
