Hello, my name is Phyllis Lonneman. I'm excited to meet you and help you with your therapy progress. My ideal client is cooperative, asks questions, sets goals, and can talk about everything honestly. I approach my work with clients with encouragement, goal-setting, accountability, and openness. I specialize addiction, adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, bipolar disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, dissociative disorders, eating disorders and more. I work collaboratively with clients, helping them identify meaningful goals while taking small steps towards achieving them. I enjoy getting to know people, and I work hard to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and heard.
