Ideally, my clients are seekers looking to connect their life experiences challenges and gifts with their sense of purpose. Many of us have faced and overcome tremendous challenges to remain committed to our life path. As loss is the constant teacher, we must engage our feelings to become fully present to our next steps. I have worked with individuals couples and families of many diverse backgrounds and choices. I encourage the creative spirit to bring light within to guide us through times when it looks the darkest. I understand and use wisdom from both depth psychologies and short term brief intervention models. I encourage the use of journaling, meditation, dreams, dance, art and gardening to connect us to what truly matters. I am licensed in California with 40 years of professional work experience ,which has given me a deep appreciation of the strength of the human spirit to heal and grow. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
