Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ketamine/Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), I seek to help my clients identify changes they can make in their thought habits and beliefs to help improve their mood and relationships. We will work on understanding how your beliefs and thoughts might be negatively impacting your emotional experience and how to revise those thoughts to elevate your mood and/or reduce your anxiety. Seeking help from professionals can be scary, but I try to make therapy a transparent and comfortable process. CBT was started as a self-help tool, and my goal for clients is to equip you with the tools you need to manage grief, sadness, anxiety, depression and relationships on your own.
