About

Do you feel that people don’t understand the impact your trauma has on your daily life and social interactions? Do you find it difficult to trust yourself, as well as others? Does your physical body hurt or feel detached from your mind? I treat the whole person, mind and body, and work not only to provide education for why you may think and feel the way you do, but also to work on symptom reduction and empowerment. I will work diligently to provide the most effective and efficient treatment for you, meeting you where you are, providing encouragement and challenging you to grow when needed.

I have training and experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use, as well as family therapy and attachment disorders. I am trained in multiple trauma and family/attachment treatment modalities, as well as being a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with specific mental health training!

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. You deserve a therapist that works for you and with you, I do not take this responsibility lightly!
