I am a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Fellow with American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and a Nationally Registered Drama Therapist (NADTA) working with children, adolescents and adults individually, as couples and in family clusters guiding, teaching, exploring and discovering the truth, the love and the peace within each being. Educated in Transpersonal Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy and Drama Therapy Studies, I see each client as a whole being filled with love. I approach each person with respect, unconditional regard, non-judgment and with the awareness of all possibilities. Together we explore issues affecting personal and interpersonal balance and wholeness, consciousness and unconscious belief; find understanding of Self, the family, relationships, developmental phases, life patterns, trauma and loss. Families can work through divorce, blending families, challenging children and teens as well as create an individual family culture and identity. I have 35 years of experience in education and in therapeutic settings. Through processes integrating writing, art, sand tray, cognitive behavioral therapy & talk; mindfulness practice, play, theater games, storytelling, movement and embodiment, clients undergo active and experiential psychotherapy through individual sessions and group work.
