At Easterseals PORT Health, we are trustworthy, compassionate partners providing exceptional disability, behavioral health and addiction treatment services to help our neighbors live their best lives. Purpose, dedication, and empathy drive our in-person and telehealth service delivery. Our diverse and inclusive 2,600 member team provides more than 10.2 million hours of meaningful support to 40,200 kids, adults and families in 11,000 home, facility and community locations across North Carolina and Virginia. I provide intensive in-home therapy to families with children (ages 4 to 20) and outpatient therapy to clients of all ages. Easterseals PORT Health exists to deliver services that help individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges (and those people who love them) be better able to live, learn, work, and play within their community. We don’t change the world for everyone; but, we do help change the world for some – one person at a time.
