My practice is exclusively marriage counseling. With compassion, emotional safety, support and understanding, together in the session, we will stop the conflict so you can experience deep meaningful emotional connection with your partner and finally reach each other heart to heart. Then in session, you can actually help each other heal your wounds, and restore that passionate bond of love and joy that originally brought you together. I also offer a Jumpstart to Healing to give you and your partner maximum traction during full days of therapy to restore stability in your relationship before we begin weekly therapy. Jumpstart to Healing provides couples with almost two months of therapy in one day, almost four months of therapy over a two day weekend or almost six months of therapy over four days. I have extensive training in the evidenced based practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as betrayal trauma and sex, love and pornography addiction. EFT is the gold standard of couple therapy. Research on EFT: Emotionally Focused Therapy moves couples from distress to recovery in 70 to 75 percent of couples while generating improvement in 90 percent of couples.
