I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), EMDR, emotional freedom techniques, motivational interviewing, and acceptance & commitment therapy. My passion is to help others. I believe people are composed of body, soul (mind/emotions), and spirit, with each part contributing to the larger whole. Helping clients set and work toward treatment goals is my forte. My primary focus is to help individuals overcome internal barriers to growth and empower them to pursue their goals.
