About

I am a licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with a diverse population including adolescents (age 18+) and adults in individual, and group therapy modalities. I specialize in treating people with a variety of concerns such as, depression, grief and loss; anxiety, trauma, sexual, physical and emotional abuse; parenting, co-parenting and divorce; male and female maternity issues including perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy loss and infertility, working mother's conflict with work-life balance.

My clinical approach integrates a solution focused perspective with psychodynamic principles and hands on cognitive behavioral techniques that will help you to gain awareness and an in depth understanding of your past and current behavior patterns, emotions, and personality ultimately resulting in the changes that you desire.

Together we will develop a trusting partnership in a confidential, non-threatening environment that will allow you to openly explore and clarify your concerns. This collaborative process will enable you to develop specific tools and strategies that can lead to more effective and satisfying interactions with others, as well as greater emotional well being.
