About

We all crave connection, peace, a sense of worth and belonging and we all go through periods of struggling to find wholeness. I see therapy as a partnership where I work to support you on your particular path towards healing, wholeness and thriving in your relationships. I believe my most important task is creating safety within the therapeutic encounter so that my clients have a place where they can vulnerability heal.

I work with individuals, couples, teens and families and specialize in: 1) Healing childhood attachment wounds, making the unconscious conscious. I offer EMDR 2) Supporting couples to heal the hurt and learn the skills to thrive together 3) Healing your relationship with food and your body (emotional & binge eating, chronic dieting, negative body image)

I believe the fit between therapist and client is essential so I always offer a complimentary consultation call so you can meet me to see if this is the right place for your emotional investment.
