Please Note: I only have afternoon appointments available. I work to help clients of all ages foster emotional and psychological well-being through the therapeutic power of play. I work from a child-centered and person-centered approach and use techniques such as art, storytelling, sandtray, and imaginative play. These techniques help address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues and behavioral problems. Play therapy is a therapeutic approach designed to help process emotions, thoughts, and experiences through play, which is an innate form of communication. As a Registered Play Therapist, my job is to help clients through this process and assist them in gaining insight, managing emotions, developing coping skills, and enhancing self-esteem. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work hard to ensure clients feel comfortable, welcome, and supported when we work together. Your story is important and I will meet you where you are at. Please Note: I only have afternoon appointments available
