As a Licensed Clinical Professional Therapist, I understand that when people are in pain, the need for understanding, empathy and relief is most important. With both competence and devotion to my work, I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, transitions, phobias, couples therapy and divorce recovery. In the comfort of a warm and safe environment, I work hard, in partnership with you, to find the most effective pathway to you feeling better...and feeling better soon! I am trained in EMDR, an effective treatment for trauma, anxiety and phobias. In addition, I work with the Enneagram personality model for those interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level and developing healthy strategies that maintain balance throughout life. As a client, you will find this to be a productive and even enjoyable journey. My office is conveniently located off of 83 in a beautiful, professional, comforting atmosphere near the mall. While I do not participate with insurance, I provide everything you need for out of network reimbursement.
