We all find ourselves at times in our life that we require nurturance to help us through life's changes. Loss in our lives requires care and guidance by a professional. Loss may be defined in various ways, it may be death, divorce, depression, addictions, infidelity, anxiety, infertility just to name a few. I work to specifically assist individuals, couples, families and groups to alleviate emotional disorders, to understand conscious and unconscious motivation, to resolve emotional, relationship and attitudinal conflicts and to help modify behaviors that interfere with effective emotional, social adaptive, and intellectual functioning. Relationship Issues are one of my Specialties. I specialize in Couple, Mother Daughter & Father Son Relationships Relationship Issues can occur due to poor Communication Abilities, Addictions, Inappropriate Behaviors (Anger Issues), Mental Health Issues, Divorce & Death. Stress in a relationship requires healthy coping skills. When individuals do not possess healthy coping skills, a professional is required. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, an Addictions Counselor & a Mediator w/ 10 yrs. experience. I primarily chose counseling due to the fact that poor communication & issues with personalization cause most of our relationship issues. My therapy & mediation practice has provided me with the opportunities to help couples reconnect.
