Stuck? Depressed? Directionless? Want to get closer to your partner? Just discovered an affair? Dealing with trauma? I am passionate about helping individuals and couples who want to live differently take those first steps towards healing, wholeness and connection in their lives and relationships. Feel like your relationship is on a roller coaster or about to crash and burn? Are you frustrated with the way things are in your life but unsure what to do? Taking the first step towards seeing a counselor can be scary and daunting, it takes courage just to look and seek someone out. Change happens when courage and support come together. I specialize in helping couples deal with the different crises that come up in relationships, from affairs to communication issues and feeling disconnected, as well as challenges related to parenting. I also help people struggling with relationships, purpose, identity, and divorce, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal development. I am experienced with cross-cultural relationships, as well as emotional regulation and PTSD/Trauma. Divorce recovery is a passion of mine and I utilize a specific program to help you go through it well and come out the other side a more whole you.
