About

My practice focuses on those dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, grief, overuse of social media, men’s issues, communication issues and relationship stress, self-care, and the development/maintenance of a healthy spirituality. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups ranging from children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology in 2019 from Concordia University Wisconsin and obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work in 2021 from the same University. I am a proud member of Phi Alpha Society and hold a Certified Advanced Practice Social Work (CAPSW) certificate. View 6 Photos

I diligently work to assist individuals to achieve the best version of themselves by promoting mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellness/wholesomeness in my practice. I use a strength-based/client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral treatment approach. Furthermore, I incorporate a holistic and inclusive environment in working with patients.

I will work collaboratively with you to identify and demonstrate how your unique strengths and attributes can help you achieve greater self-confidence and development. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I sound like a good fit for you. I am now accepting new patients and look forward to working with you!
