Life will always provide us with difficult times, things to get through, and struggles from which to grow. These are experiences we all get simply for being human. However, just because pain is to be expected does not mean we have to suffer alone. Together, we'll work to find the source of the issue, create new skills and ways of thinking, and find healing and personal growth in the struggle. I serve clients of all ages and specialize in couples therapy, issues of divorce and blended families, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma for children, teens, and adults. In addition, I help children with emotion regulation, building self-confidence, friendship and conflict resolution skills, and concerns regarding academic abilities. I provide a trauma-informed space that is safe, non-judgmental, and accepting for you to explore your deepest thoughts and emotions. I am happy to offer home visits for younger clients who benefit from an in-person meeting. When you are ready to get started on your journey, I am here to help guide you along.
