When you understand how important you are and how valuable your life is, I believe you will make better choices when it comes to the people you allow into your life. My hope is that you recognize the unique things you offer the world and be vulnerable enough to share them. Connection to people is something we all need and it is often determined through the love we hold for ourselves. As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a person in long term recovery, I have spent the last 12 years helping people understand their relationship with substances and their connection to others. I am passionate about helping people and their families understand and navigate the complex world of addiction and alcoholism.
