Often, we believe others are worthy of love, but we are not. Sometimes, our experiences in our lives lead us to think that we are unloveable; we believe that we deserve this and come to the conclusion that we are unloved. These experiences led us to believe we are no longer safe for connection. This is a lie. I would like to invite you to an inverse of the golden rule: Do unto yourself as you would do unto others. I welcome anyone who wants this, who doesn't know how to live like this, and/or who is skeptical that this is possible. I believe we are made to become wholly the best version of ourselves. View 7 Photos I can help. In our time together, we would examine these thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will understand what trauma does to our bodies and how to heal in ways that honor and respect our bodies. I am with you every step of the way. I want to leave judgment at the door. I know you can do this. To see ourselves as loveable, we must believe that we are wholly made for love. We must accept what happened to us and reject the lie that we are inherently broken. Have you ever wondered what this would be like? I want to invite you into a safe space to come and see.
