Our sessions may involve acquiring techniques such as Mindfulness or breathwork, to integrate into your daily life for comfort and tranquility, or simply for being present. We may work together and utilize EMDR to reprocess certain traumatic events and challenge negative core beliefs. As always we will focus on fostering self-love and acceptance. I specialize in helping people find freedom from anxiety and past trauma. We will do that using evidence based practices like EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness. Working with me will help you gain insight, challenge negative thoughts, and learn how to regulate your nervous system, so you can begin to live the joy filled life you want and deserve.
