I offer individual and group therapy, virtually and in-person, for grief and loss, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and spiritual issues ranging from the existential life journey to cult awareness and recovery. We all need support through the inevitable challenges of human life, and being able to talk with a counselor in a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental setting is essential to healing and strengthening our mental and physical well-being. Grief occurs not only when a loved one dies but with other, less culturally acknowledged losses like miscarriage, death of a pet, divorce, retirement or job loss, and so many others. Grief is a powerful and universal human experience that we can acknowledge, honor, and be enriched by. There is no "right" way to grieve, but skillful support is important. It takes courage to face our fears and vulnerabilities, and I want to help support your journey toward greater authenticity and more effective and joyful living. In my client-centered, mindfulness-based narrative approach, we can work together to address old patterns that continue to influence your self-narrative and world view.
