Feeling stressed, anxious, confused, bored, lonely, sad or down? Struggling with an addiction? I graduated with a MSW from UNC-Charlotte, and am a LCSW and LCAS. Since 2005 I have helped many clients work through these issues to empower them to improve and enjoy a better quality of life. My specialties are trauma, grief/major losses, and addictions of all types. I've helped people with all types of mental health issues. My approach is to listen to you, offer positive and constructive feedback, give practical coping skills to help you feel more in sync with yourself and your environment. Clients say I am very practical, address issues they did not expect - such as how to better view themselves in relationships, parenting issues, work issues, past issues that affect them.
