About

Are you in the midst of a difficult, traumatic, or confusing transition? I work with clients facing difficulties around trauma, relationships, midlife, leaving home, parenting, relocating, job loss, grief, anxiety, depression, culture shock, or other significant life events, including simply feeling stuck. I bring over 30 years of professional and personal development to my work with individuals and families. I hold a safe, secure, non-judgmental space in which to explore emotions, behaviors, thoughts, and feelings.

My work is grounded in the work of CG Jung. I am also trained in Somatic Transformation, an approach to trauma that integrates neurobiology and attachment theory. I have a special interest in working with survivors of sexual assault, narcissistic relationships, and the inner work of aging.

As a dual citizen, having lived for 25 years in France, I have a firsthand understanding of cultural adaptation, expatriation, repatriation, culture shock, relocation, immigration, multicultural relationships, and cross-cultural issues. I speak fluent French. Si vous le désirez, nos consultations peuvent se dérouler en français.
