Patricia Barrientes is a licensed professional counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2019. She earned a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with a minor in Addictions in 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2006. Patricia offers a trusting, nurturing, and supportive environment to enable you to gently to explore and begin your healing journey. She has worked in the mental health field since 2007 with diverse populations in various settings such as a Mental Health Crisis Hotline Call Center, Non-Profit Community Mental Health Clinics, Private Practice, School Settings, Women and Children's Shelters, Detox Facilities and the Criminal Justice System. Patricia uses an Integrative therapeutic approach to tailor the needs of her individual clients by combining ideas and techniques from various therapeutic modalities, to include mental, physical, and emotional well-being. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and reading.
