I use an eclectic approach to counseling which includes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I believe that everyone has the ability to make their desired changes and/or improvements. All appointments are made on-line by visiting my website.
