At Ubuntu Counseling & Wellness we believe that we are all hard wired for connection and have an innate desire to simply matter. Often times, the pain and fear we experience in relation to depression, anxiety, grief/loss, vulnerability, life transitions and more are indicative of feelings of disconnection. It is my desire to meet clients in that space of disconnection and offer a therapeutic relationship characteristic of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness.
