Welcome to Birmingham Therapy Services, LLC, a group private practice providing mental health therapeutic services to the greater Birmingham area. Each clinician offers a unique modality that addresses how past distressing or disturbing experiences reveal itself in the body; this includes targeting maladaptive beliefs about oneself, felt sense/body sensations, emotions, and images. We offer individual, couples, pre-marital, marital, and family therapy services. We work with adolescents/teenagers (ages 13 to 19) and adults. We specialize in the mental health treatment of first responders, healthcare, legal, and other business professionals. We offer virtual therapy services as an option on a HIPAA compliant platform.
