About

MY SCHEDULE IS CURRENTLY FULL. When was the last time somebody really listened? When was the last time you felt really heard? Being understood is an important starting point on any journey towards healing. Once we feel understood, we can begin trying new, more effective, approaches to address the problems that have disrupted our life and robbed us of joy. Together, we will find an approach that will be effective for you and begin to create something new, moving you towards more peace, satisfaction, and joy in life.

I support adults in overcoming anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, career confusion, relationship difficulties, abandonment issues, self-esteem issues, OCD, suicidal thoughts, college adjustment, and life transitions. As a performing artist, I also enjoy supporting those who work in the creative and performing arts.

The counseling relationship is a sacred space--where sharing the painful and perplexing things of life is met with respect, care, and a sincere desire to partner together to find solutions. In addition, my Christian worldview influences my approach; if you wish, I will walk with you on the journey to understand how faith connects to life's challenges.
