About

I believe psychotherapy services should address the specific needs of each person. I am a client centered trauma focused clinician taking an integrative and collaborative approach to helping people understand and overcome the obstacles that interfere with living happier, fuller, and more satisfying lives. My areas of interest and expertise include adults, adolescents, trauma abuse survivors and first responders. My experience includes treatment of a wide range of mental illness and addiction including but not limited to PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.

My experience, together with your unique situation, background, and objectives will guide the goals and approach to therapy. Having trained in a variety of evidence-based practices, I utilize a variety of interventions which include but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, and animal-assisted therapy based on each person's needs.

Together we will work to develop a deep understanding of who you are and what is causing you to struggle. While addressing both symptoms and long-standing patterns of behaviors. I look forward to working with you to address your needs.
