I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin and Illinois (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) with 30 years’ experience in behavioral health, education, and specialized treatment settings. I have worked with individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns to address life challenges and restore balance. Common concerns addressed include depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, adjustment issues, grief, disabilities, LGBTQ issues, cultural issues, and relationships. I currently offer Telehealth therapy services in Wisconsin and Illinois. I consider it an honor to share others’ personal stories and experiences. My counseling style is flexible and draws upon several therapeutic approaches, including client-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, DBT/mindfulness, and narrative approaches. Additionally, I have experience working in tribal and military settings. It takes courage to seek assistance with life’s challenges.
