As a dedicated mental health counselor, I am deeply committed to supporting African American women ages 18-65 on their journey to emotional well-being and self discovery. My calling to this work is rooted in a profound understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that women possess. Growing up in a community rich with culture and resilience, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible strength and perseverance of African American Women in my own family. My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where the women can explore their inner challenges and find the support they need to thrive. In my practice, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. This includes traditional talk therapy, mindfulness practices, body-centered therapies, and culturally relevant interventions that foster not only mental health but also physical wellness and spiritual growth Through our work together, I strive to create an alliance based on trust, respect, healthy boundaries and mutual understanding. I am here to listen, support, and guide, helping each women uncover her true potential and live her life with purpose and joy. Quitting is not an option. Let's walk together!
