About

Psychotherapy can be a bridge to change and to a life that works better for us. Through therapy, we can discover renewed creativity, vitality and well-being in our relationships, careers, and home lives. I have been working with people for over thirty years, and have a warm, compassionate and lively style. My work is characterized by immediacy and optimism as we work together to forge stronger and more vital approaches to life's challenges.

I work with people in individual, group and couples therapy. The work in all of the modalities involves greater closeness and improved relationships. Much of my work is with couples in which I provide a safe place to talk and tools to understand one's self and one's partner.

My thirty year career has given me the insight and compassion to dive into what is really troubling someone, and to help guide them to what they most need in a gentle, thoughtful yet powerful way. I specialize in relationship issues, and personal and career empowerment.
